Senior Transit Planner

The position is responsible to develop and coordinate short-range and long-range transit plans and helps organize the operations of the City’s demand response and fixed bus route transit system. Coordinates activities with other City departments, Marion County, Federal Transit Administration and Florida Department of Transportation. The Senior Transit Planner is expected to perform the full range of professional transit planning work involving the application of professional knowledge to various municipal and regional transit planning problems. This position will also oversee all capital projects.

Salary: $64,000.00 – $84,920.00 Annually
