Land Development Division Manager
This position is responsible for overseeing Land Development activities to ensure consistency with the City’s Comprehensive Plan; providing technical assistance regarding Land Development to other departments, outside agencies, and the public; and leading long-range planning projects related to the Comprehensive Plan, Land Development Code, and other legislation. This position is responsible for supervising and directing the division, including review and approval of staff recommendations, work products, and staff training, preparing the divisional budget, performing special planning projects, overseeing the Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code, and representing the Division to the public. Reports to the Director, Growth Management Department.
