Senior Planner
The City of Palm Bay is seeking a Senior Planner to conduct and assist in current and long-range planning efforts, plan reviews, and implementing the comprehensive plan and land development code. Considerable independent judgment and initiative are required in carrying out program objectives utilizing planning principles and practices and established local policies and regulations. Must have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Urban and/or Regional Planning, Public Administration, Architecture, or related area of study and two (2) years of experience in planning and zoning; AICP certification preferred. Reports to the Land Development Division Manager.
