Assistant Growth Management Director
Under general supervision, this position is responsible for carrying out program objectives within the framework of administrative, financial, planning principles and practices, and established policies and regulations; administering the Comprehensive Plan for the City by providing property owners with applicable information concerning City ordinances; maintain land use codes, ordinances, and plans; give professional advice to advisory and regulatory boards and commissions; formulate, modify, and improve the land development regulations for the City’s physical development, including administering an overall land use plan, pre-development ordinances and other City ordinances. Reports to the Director, Growth Management Department.
