Senior Housing Planner

Nassau County, located in Florida’s historic First Coast region, is seeking a Senior Housing Planner. Nassau is a fast-growing county that prides itself on innovative planning practices. New administration has brought forth an exciting vision for the County inclusive of an approach to planning that values place-making, sustainability, and an inspiring built environment in which all can live, work, and play. General responsibilities include tracking development agreements relating to affordable housing, processing tiny home applications, reviewing development applications, evaluating and formulating land use and transportation strategies, conducting policy research, analyzing and appraising elements of the Comprehensive Plan and preparing written presentations of development applications and proposals.
