Planning Division Manager

This position within Pinellas County Housing and Community Development Department is responsible for Strategic Planning, Long Range Planning, and Zoning Sections of the Planning Division.  Reporting directly to the Department Director, this individual will be responsible for managing and team of talented planning professionals and will spearhead Division initiatives.  Strategic initiatives include innovation in policies and regulations to incentive development of affordable housing, corridor redevelopment planning, form-based codes, and community redevelopment initiatives.

Pay range is: $95,784 – $124,508.90
