Land Development Manager – Planning and Development Services
Salary range: $70,101 – $98,625
The County of Volusia is seeking a Land Development Manager for the Planning and Development Services Division. This position is located in DeLand, Florida, and will be responsible for coordinating the land development review process. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to supervising and training personnel, technical review of engineered drawings, facilitating problem-solving in the design process, and evaluating workflow and available technology for improvements in efficiency and accuracy. Candidates with knowledge of Public Land Survey System, Zoning and Land Development Regulations, and State of Florida growth management laws are highly preferable.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: |
| Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, planning, or closely related field, and four (4) years of land development experience. A comparable amount of education, training, and experience may be substituted for the minimum requirements.
